Sharon N. Berlin Joins the Firm as Partner

Berlin is an honors graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.  She also graduated with honors from the George Washington University National Law Center, where she was Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Economics.  She co-authored (with Rich Zuckerman) an article entitled “Romance in the Workplace: To What Extent Can Employers Dictate the Rules?,” which appeared in the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section Newsletter.  Sharon also edited a chapter of an American Bar Association treatise, Discipline & Discharge in Arbitration, published in 1998. She is a contributor to the NYS Bar Association’s treatise entitled Public Sector Labor and Employment Law.  She has lectured at programs sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau/Suffolk Academy of Law, and the Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Sharon is chair of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Education Law Committee. Sharon is admitted to the bar in Connecticut, as well as in New York.
