Richard K. Zuckerman presented to The Center for Economic Growth’s Capital Region Local Government Council in Albany on the topic “Municipal Labor and Employment Law in Tough Economic Times.”
The CEG, founded in 1985, is a private not-for-profit business organization looking to develop New York’s capital region and Tech Valley to attract high-tech companies, assist local companies with business development, and promote Tech Valley’s quality of life. The CEG’s Local Government Council fosters coordination, cooperation and collaboration among the chief elected officials of regional municipalities to pursue intelligent, planned, sustainable economic expansion across the greater Capital Region.
