April 29, 2004 Richard K. Zuckerman & Sharon N. Berlin: “Public Sector Employment Law in New York State”
Richard Zuckerman and Sharon Berlin took part in the “Public Sector Employment Law in New York State” program at the Wyndham Wind Watch Hotel in Hauppauge, New York. Richard, the program chair, was moderator of the program and Sharon discussed “Discipline in Unique Cases,” such as those involving teachers and administrators as well as Village Law 8-804 and Town Law 155. Sharon also made the same presentation on April 21 at the Holiday Inn Martinique on Broadway in NYC.
