Richard K. Zuckerman Joins the Firm as Partner

 
Richard K. Zuckerman hi res newRichard K. Zuckerman is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, where he served as Director of the First Year Moot Court program.  He graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the William J. Sullivan Award, the University’s most prestigious academic and service award.  Rich co-authored (with Sharon Berlin) an article entitled “Romance in the Workplace: Employers Can Make Rules if They Serve Legitimate Needs,” which appeared in the New York State Bar Journal.  Richard served on the Editorial Board for the treatise, “Discipline and Discharge in Arbitration,” published by the American Bar Association in 1998.  He is also a contributor to the NYS Bar Association’s treatise entitled Public Sector Labor and Employment Law.  He has frequently lectured at programs sponsored by the NYS Bar Association and the Nassau and Suffolk Academies of Law.
