The 2017 Annual School Law Conference presented by the Nassau and Suffolk Academies of Law and the Education Law Committees of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations was held at the Nassau County Bar Association, Mineola, New York on Friday, December 8, 2017:

Sharon N. Berlin, Esq. presented on a panel in a program entitled “I Heard it through the Grapevine – Board Members’ Free Speech Rights and Conflicts of Interest;”
Richard K. Zuckerman, Esq. presented on a panel in a program entitled “You Can’t Always Get What You Want – Negotiating Health Insurance Benefits for Active and Retired Employees;” and
Douglas E. Libby, Esq. was the moderator of a panel in a program entitled “Stand by Me – Special Education Update: DASA, Bullying and Endrew F.“
