The 2018 Annual School Law Conference presented by the Nassau and Suffolk Academies of Law and the Education Law Committees of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations was held at Touro College, Central Islip, New York on Friday, December 7, 2018:
Eugene R. Barnosky was the moderator of a panel on the topic “Collective Bargaining in the Age of Janus and the Tax Cap;”
Robert H. Cohen presented on a panel on the topic “Special Education: Advantages and Disadvantages of Selecting Different Administrative Forums;”
Mara N. Harvey presented on a panel on the topic “The Non-Resident ‘Resident’ Student;” and
Douglas E. Libby presented on a panel on the topic “Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace.”
