Lindsay Townsend Crocker graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with high honors in political science and was inducted as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She received her law degree from Columbia Law School where she was an editor of the Human Rights Law Review. Before joining Lamb & Barnosky, Ms. Crocker worked for a law firm in New York City where she focused on commercial litigation and insurance law. She now serves as general and labor counsel to the firm’s school district and other municipal clients. She also represents public sector clients and private entities in matters relating to construction and energy performance agreements including negotiating and drafting contracts, preparing bids and reviewing proposals, analyzing bid-related disputes and performance bonds and insurance documentation.
