We would like to make you aware that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services recently announced a revised Employment Eligibility Verification form (“Form I-9”). The newly revised Form I-9, dated March 8, 2013, is now available for use and should be utilized for all new hires and re-verifications. This memorandum discusses this newly revised form.
