Extension of Authority to Hold Remote Public Meetings Through April 15, 2022

As a follow up to our client memorandum from this afternoon, we are writing to advise you that the Governor has just issued an executive order continuing the State COVID-19 disaster emergency through April 15, 2022.

As a result, the authority to conduct remote public meetings will continue through April 15, 2022. We will let you know if the Governor extends the disaster emergency beyond that date. If not, the authority to conduct remote public meetings will terminate as of April 16, 2022.
