Our December 18, 2019 client memorandum (copy attached) includes an overview of these regulations, in addition to a summary of the existing Education Law § 2-d requirements.
If you have any questions regarding the new regulations or your obligations pursuant to Education Law § 2-d, please contact Lindsay Crocker or one of our other attorneys by calling (631) 694-2300.
THIS MEMORANDUM IS MEANT TO ASSIST IN GENERAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE CURRENT LAW. IT IS NOT TO BE REGARDED AS LEGAL ADVICE. THOSE WITH PARTICULAR QUESTIONS SHOULD SEEK THE ADVICE OF COUNSEL.
