Lamb & Barnosky offers our lawyers an opportunity to learn and take on responsibility quickly in an informal and relaxed atmosphere while working on matters every bit as sophisticated as in larger, urban firms. At the same time, we recognize that lawyers have commitments to their families and interests beyond their professional lives. We therefore have reasonable expectations of working hours and encourage our attorneys to get involved in the legal profession at large and in their communities.

We are an equal opportunity employer not only because we abide by federal and state law prohibiting discrimination, but because a diverse firm enhances our service to our clients and enriches our professional and personal lives.

We do not maintain a formal recruiting program. Rather we are always open to retaining talented and committed individuals, be they newly-minted or experienced attorneys, paralegals or support staff.
