2013 Annual School Law Conference

The 2013 Annual School Law Conference presented by the Nassau and Suffolk Academies of Law and the Education Law Committees of the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations took place at the Nassau County Bar Association on Monday, December 9, 2013.  Eugene Barnosky, Esq. presented present on a panel in a program entitled “Fallout from the New York State Regents Reform Agenda;” Robert H. Cohen, Esq. was the moderator of a panel in a program entitled “Impact of Social Media on Discipline of Students and Employees;” Alyson Mathews, Esq. presented on a panel in a program entitled “Don’t Let the ‘ACA’ Make You Ill;” and Mara N. Harvey, Esq. was the moderator of a panel in a program entitled “Students in Nontraditional Living Arrangements.”  Douglas E. Libby, Esq. served as Program Chair.
