Required Posting of Notice of Employee Rights Update - Deadline Postponed

You no longer need to post a notice informing employees of their rights pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act ("the NLRA") by April 30, 2012. The posting deadline has yet again been postponed. This memorandum discusses this issue.
