Scott M. Karson authored this article which appeared in The Suffolk Lawyer's June 2010 issue. This article reports on the proceedings at the 2010 Midyear Meeting of the American Bar Association, which was held at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida from February 3-9, 2010. Scott attended the Midyear Meeting as the Suffolk County Bar Association's delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Scott will also be attending the 2010 ABA Annual Meeting which will be held in San Francisco, California in August 2010.
