Lauren Schnitzer will moderate the 2010 Brownfields Conference on March 15, 2010 at the Nassau County Bar Association. The continuing legal education program will review recent case law and amendments to the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program; discuss the newly created NYC Local Brownfield Cleanup Program; and discuss the development of contaminated property outside of the Brownfields Cleanup Programs, including a discussion on contractual and financial issues.
