Lauren Schnitzer was a moderator at the 2010 Brownfields Conference on March 15, 2010 at the Nassau County Bar Association. The continuing legal education program reviewed recent case law and amendments to the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program; discussed the newly created NYC Local Brownfield Cleanup Program; and discussed the development of contaminated property outside of the Brownfields Cleanup Programs, including a discussion on contractual and financial issues.
