Lauren Schnitzer was the moderator of a continuing legal education program held at the Nassau County Bar Association on December 14, 2009 entitled “Developments in CERLCA.” The program focused on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (“CERCLA”), including recent case law concerning environmental cost recovery litigation and apportionment of liability.
