Small Business Investment Companies
The firm has broad experience in the representation of small business investment companies ("SBICs") and the types of transactions which they finance. We have represented many SBICs in connection with license applications and have helped our clients successfully effect a number of SBIC change of control transactions.

We have also helped our SBIC clients finance numerous acquisitions and buy-out transactions in which SBICs provided mezzanine and/or private equity financing.
