Cathleen D. Allen received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her law degree from Washington University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Quarterly. She also attended Fordham University School of Law as a visiting student. Ms. Allen was an associate with our firm from 1996 to 2002. She has returned to the firm after serving as in house counsel with a major commercial bank. She is working in our real estate and banking departments.
