Michael J. Heller received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his law degree from Hofstra University. He represented Hofstra at the Wagner National Moot Court Competition. Before joining our firm, Mr. Heller practiced with the Nassau County law firm of Holman & Rosenberg. Mr. Heller works extensively with our bank clients on complex commercial loans, including Industrial Development Agency and Small Business Administration matters, and with our private clients in real estate development and corporate transactions. He has handled loan restructuring and workouts, foreclosures and deeds in lieu. He has been involved in sophisticated title insurance issues and litigation.
