Marcia L. Finkelstein is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude) and Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Law Review. Before joining our firm in 1992, she practiced at several large New York City law firms, representing major real estate developers and lending institutions. Ms. Finkelstein has extensive real estate, commercial lending and transactional experience, including the representation of lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers and our municipal clients. Her experience includes loan restructures, complex financing transactions, construction agreements, subdivision applications and other zoning matters, as well as commercial and residential leases and real estate contracts. Ms. Finkelstein is a member of the Advisory Board of First American Title Insurance Company of New York and she has lectured on commercial leasing for the Suffolk Academy of Law.
