Robert H. Cohen received both his undergraduate degree (magna cum laude) and his law degree (with Distinction) from Hofstra University. As an undergraduate, he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In law school, he was an associate editor of the Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Cohen joined our firm as an associate and has spent his entire career here. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, appellate practice, education law and mortgage foreclosure. Mr. Cohen has been a panel member and lecturer on education and employment law issues for the New York State Association of School Attorneys, the Nassau and Suffolk Academies of Law and the Long Island Association of Special Education Administrators.
