Margaret K. Terry received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and her law degree from Tulane University Law School, magna cum laude, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Terry began her career at Clifford Chance LLP in New York City. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Terry was an associate at the Washington, D.C. office of Thatcher, Proffitt & Wood, where she focused on bank regulatory compliance and securities law. She concentrates her practice on banking, corporate and health care issues.
