Cathleen D. Allen received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her law degree from Washington University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Quarterly. She also attended Fordham University School of Law as a visiting student. Ms. Allen was an associate with our firm from 1996 to 2002. She then served as in-house counsel for a major commercial bank for two years. She returned to the firm in 2004 and has concentrated on real estate and banking transactions, including representing corporate and individual clients in sales, acquisitions, and leases and representing financial institutions and private lenders in regulatory matters and lending transactions.
