Rita Fishman Sheena received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College (cum laude) and her law degree from Hofstra University. She served as a member of the Jericho Union Free School District Board of Education. Her practice concentrates on education and municipal law. She has lectured on education law issues for the Nassau and Suffolk County Academies of Law. Ms. Fishman Sheena is a past Chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association Education Law Committee. She is admitted to the New York Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
