Patrice Dowd Shenn received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany (magna cum laude). She attended Rutgers University, where she was a member of the Law Review and graduated from New York University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She has written and lectured on corporate law and served as an assistant professor of law at Albany Law School. Ms. Shenn focuses on corporate, banking, regulatory compliance and tax matters.
