Arthur Lane received his undergraduate degree from Yale College and his law degree from Columbia Law School. He also has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Mr. Lane has 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer and concentrates his practice in the area of mergers, acquisitions, financings and small business investment companies.
