Leighann George is a 2018 graduate of the George Washington University Law School (GW Law) where she served as Co-President of the GW Law School’s Labor and Employment Law Society. She also served as a Student Attorney at the Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinic’s Public Justice Advocacy Clinic.
Leighann clerked for Supervisory Administrative Judge Frances del Toro at the Washington D.C. Field Office of the EEOC where she drafted summary judgment decisions and orders for federal sector employment discrimination cases, observed hearings and status conferences.
Leighann also attended the Cornell University’s ILR School and graduated with honors. After graduation, an abridged portion of Leighann’s honors thesis was published in the American Arbitration Association’s Dispute Resolution Journal.
